The breakfast was good and varied every morning, making it a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Another plus was the convenient location close to a convenience store and restaurants.
The hotel rooms were not very comfortable, especially for larger guests. , the staff's lack of English skills made communication difficult at times.

The hotel is situated in a tranquil area and offers a good value for money. the staff is helpful and the rooms are comfortably sized with an onsen, which is a rarity for hotels. the buffet breakfast is a classic Japanese experience with a variety of food. There are several ski resorts within a short drive and there are lots of local restaurants in the vicinity.
The hotel's reception staff's English skills were sparse and inconvenient for communication.

I had an awesome stay with friendly staff and spacious rooms. The hotel provides an Onsen, which is a unique feature to be found in most hotels. Besides, the buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel is strategically located within a short drive from several ski resorts, and you can find plenty of restaurants within walking distance or at a short drive away.
Nothing to fault, everything was perfect.

This hotel offered superior value for money on my recent stay. the breakfast was very good, with a variety of options every morning. the staff were always very friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. One major advantage was the hotel's location, which was peaceful and had a lovely ambiance.
Although I didn't have a major issue with my room, I noticed that the toilet seats were uncomfortably small for larger users. It would be helpful if the hotel provided larger toilets to accommodate all guests comfortably.
